Functions

concat_signal_ind(path, group_names, group, ...)

Core function that handles retrieval of an individual signal, applies filtering if requested and adjusts indices.

Classes

Grouper(dir)	Base grouper class.
MetaGrouper(dir)	Group positions using metadata's 'group' number.
MultiGrouper(source)	Wrap results from multiple experiments stored as folders inside a folder.
NameGrouper(dir[, by])	Group a set of positions using a subsection of the name.
phGrouper(dir[, by])	Grouper for pH calibration experiments where all surveyed media pH values are within a single experiment.
